1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Nirvana Global Travel (NGT) website. They explain the permitted use of the website and the status of the information and enquiry facilities provided here. Please read them alongside our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these website terms, please stop using the website. Separate written agreements and applicable law govern any travel services, corporate programme, membership or partnership you subsequently enter into.
2. Website Information and Enquiries
The website provides general information about NGT’s international coordination model, independent member TMCs and potential services and commercial relationships. It is an information and enquiry website. Sending an enquiry does not create a travel booking, guarantee service availability, establish membership or a partnership, or bind either party to a commercial agreement.
Descriptions of markets, technology, supplier relationships and capabilities are general. The exact coverage, participating providers, service levels, tools, prices and responsibilities for a programme must be confirmed in the applicable proposal or agreement.
3. Independent Network and Responsibilities
NGT coordinates international programme requirements within an agreed framework. Independent member TMCs deliver services within their respective markets and agreed scope. Travel suppliers and strategic partners may provide separate products and services.
Each relevant agreement must identify the contracting parties, their responsibilities and the applicable service terms. A reference to a member, supplier or partner on this website does not by itself make one entity responsible for every service offered by another, create an agency relationship, or guarantee a particular outcome.
4. Bookings, Payments and Service Conditions
The general enquiry form is not a booking or emergency-support channel. Do not send payment-card details, passport copies or sensitive traveller records through it.
Any booking, fare, payment, deposit, amendment, cancellation, refund or supplier condition will be governed by the terms confirmed by the relevant contracting provider. This website does not set a universal cancellation or refund policy for independently supplied travel services.
For an existing booking or urgent traveller assistance, use the support details supplied by your member TMC or account team. Website enquiries should not be relied on for an immediate response.
5. Information You Submit
Please provide accurate, relevant information and keep your enquiry free from unlawful, misleading or harmful content. If you submit information on behalf of an organisation or another person, you must have appropriate authority to do so and a lawful basis to share any personal information.
We may contact you to clarify a request or ask for further information through an appropriate channel. Our Privacy Policy explains how website enquiry information is handled.
6. Acceptable Use
- Use the website only for lawful purposes and legitimate business enquiries.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to the website, its accounts, systems or data.
- Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, bypass security controls or overload the website.
- Do not impersonate another person, send spam or use the website to mislead others.
- Do not copy, harvest or reuse personal information or website materials in a way that infringes applicable law or another person’s rights.
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect security, carry out maintenance or comply with law.
7. Intellectual Property
Website text, design, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders. You may view the website and retain reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation of NGT’s services, subject to applicable law and any rights notices.
Commercial republication, redistribution, modification or use of NGT branding requires appropriate permission unless the use is otherwise permitted by law. Third-party names and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not grant you a licence to use them.
8. Accuracy, Availability and External Links
We take reasonable care with website information, but content may change, become outdated or contain an error. Please confirm information material to a commercial or travel decision directly with the relevant team. Website availability may be affected by maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their content, availability and separate terms are controlled by their operators. Review those terms and privacy notices before using an external service.
9. Responsibility and Your Legal Rights
The website is provided for general information and enquiries. It is not professional legal, immigration, medical or security advice, and it should not replace current advice from the relevant authority or qualified adviser.
Responsibility for website use and any related loss is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes a consumer right or other mandatory protection. Agreed service responsibilities and remedies remain governed by the relevant service agreement and applicable law.
10. Changes to the Website or Terms
Website content and these terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Updates to these website terms do not, by themselves, amend a separate agreement already made with you. Where applicable law requires notice or agreement to a particular change, that requirement must be met.
11. Questions and Concerns
For questions about these terms, website content or a website-related concern, use
Contact NGT and select “General enquiry”. State “Website terms” or “Website complaint” at the beginning of your message and include the relevant page or issue.
For a matter involving a particular booking, member TMC or supplier, contact the contracting provider using the details in your confirmation or service agreement. Nothing in these website terms imposes exclusive jurisdiction or arbitration, or prevents you from exercising rights available under applicable law.
