Group CEO
With 30+ years of rich experience in the field of Travel and Tourism, Alaa Al Ali has helmed the Nirvana Travel and Tourism brand since its inception in 2007. A well‐known leader in the UAE’s travel industry, he has been instrumental to advancing the UAE’s global position. His knowledge of the region, clear business direction and CSR initiatives have steered the brand to be recognised as the UAE’s leading travel and tourism management company with a slew of international and partner awards.
Sampath Swamy
Group CSO – Nirvana Holding
Sampath leads the commercial division of Nirvana Holding. He comes with 20+ years of experience across multiple hospitality verticals, leading call centre operations, sales divisions with major TMCs (Omeir Travel Group) in the region. Sampath prior to his TMC role has managed Singapore Airline Sales in Abu Dhabi.

Prashant leads Nirvana Global Travel as Executive Director and comes with 25+ years of experience from Commercial Aviation & Travel, Tourism Industry. He has held several leading roles during his career for globally renowned airlines. He has achieved multiple excellence awards during his career and is skilled in managing Commercial Sales.
Karim Wehbi
Business Development Manager
Karim is the Business Development Manager of Nirvana Global Travel. Prior to joining Nirvana, he worked with the national airline of the UAE as a Business Development Manager. He previously served as the National Account Manager for the airline, overseeing sales across Australia, from his base in Sydney.
